"The group support is a Big one for me!!" says Brandi Sadler Caraker of Cobden."I've
found myself not sticking with a workout on my own, but now with these classes I have a
group that is encourging and supportive of me! If i miss one class I am getting calls
"missed you at class tonight so better see you at the next one".... It is the push I need
to keep me on track with my fitness goals!!!"

Tori Kaufman of Anna concurs, "I love attending the fitness classes at Fitness Forum
because they make me feel alive.  These classes really help relieve stress and make
women feel better about themselves. All the people in the classes are very helpful and
make you feel accepted. I have always lived by the motto that NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU
FEEL INFERIOR WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT and at fitness forum I never feel inferior.

Brandi Sadler Caraker says she could'nt agree more, "I'm so glad I started these
classes!!! I love the feeling of accomplishment I get when I finish a class! Also as a
mother of two small children it is a very nice 'Mommy Time' for me. These classes are
not only awesome for my body but I have found them to be a HUGE stress relief!!! I'm
so grateful that I worked up enough courage to attend that first class, now I*m not sure
I*ll ever stop!!!"

Natalie Miller of Anna is another instructor at Fitness Forum. Miller's class is called
'Holy Butt', a workout that includes plyometrics, squats, lunges, and a variety of other
calisthenic exercises with an emphasis on training the lower body.  "I have been taking
group fitness classes at Fitness Forum for over a year. Throughout the course of this
year, I have lost weight and inches, toned up and gained strength, and found a new
confidence. Now, I am an instructor and it feels great to help others accomplish what I
had accomplished. Also, being in a group fitness class is FUN! We laugh and have a
good time while getting a great workout."

"We do laugh and have a great time." Adds Houseright, "we are always joking around."
"Brenda is known for being pretty tuff.  But some of the 'tuff' things she says are funny.
Like, 'this hurts me as much as it hurts you', and 'come on you guys! this isn't REST
camp!, or this isn't TALK camp!'"

Heather Craig agrees, "Not only do you get a great workout, you get to laugh and enjoy
yourself with other beautiful ladies."

Houseright says that she loves teaching the classes and is very pleased  with their
popularity.  "I love a full class! On a few occasions, unfortunatley we haven't had enuff
room to accomodate everyone wanting to participate."  And allthough mostly female, we
do have some male participants, and they are welcome and encouraged to join in.  "I'm
thrilled to be able to share my enthusiasm about fitness and exercise with everyone,
male & female, all ages. Best of all, these classes are helping people get into a routine
of regular exercise. So don't be intimidated or be afraid. Don't wait. Come join us today."

As Christie Peebels said, "I agree with Rebecca, Don't wait or be hesitant about joining
like I was.  I wish I would have joined Fitness Forum much sooner."
